WHY COLLECTING YOUR DATA?

Each processing of your data is legally based either on your consent, the necessity to carry out a contract with you, a legal obligation and/or our overriding legitimate interest depending on the purpose of the processing.

Furthermore, to combat counterfeiting, BELL & ROSS has put automated processing systems in place which gather information relating to companies or people who have committed or are likely to commit acts in violation of its rights. This information is available to any company legally using the BELL & ROSS trademarks, in France or abroad, which has been victim of these violations, to enable them to act or take any measures necessary to safeguard their rights.

What Data do we COLLECT?

The categories of Data we collect about you depend on your activity and interaction with BELL & ROSS.

BELL & ROSS may gather your personal data, specifically via the "contact" section, when signing up for the electronic Newsletter offered by BELL & ROSS, when subscribing to the BELL & ROSS News (RSS feed), when making an application for a job at BELL & ROSS, or when creating your customer account in the BELL & ROSS Online Boutique.

Type of identification document (e.g., passport, national ID Card), document number, expiration date, date of issue.

Log Data

In line with cookie choice provided (if and when applicable), when you use our digital services for informative purposes only (e.g., even where you do not register on, purchase via or otherwise submit your data through the relevant digital service), your internet browser and/or our app that you are using automatically collects, and transfers to us, certain basic information relating to your use of the digital service. Such Log Data may include your browser type and version, your operating system and interface, used device, language preference, the website from which you are visiting us (referrer URL), webpage(s) you are visiting on our digital services, date and time of your visit, part of your internet protocol (IP) address, your geographical location (to ensure the content and digital service you are being displayed is relevant for where you are), your actions taken on the digital services, and the name of your access provider.

BELL & ROSS is responsible for publishing a BELL & ROSS introductory and information page on various social networks such as Facebook™, twitter™ and Instagram™.

You can follow the BELL & ROSS pages on these social networks. Any personal information that you have designated as public and accessible from your profile can be accessed by BELL & ROSS. BELL & ROSS has not created, nor does it use, any database independent of these social networks based on personal information that you may post there.

If you wish to prevent BELL & ROSS from accessing the personal information that you have published on your profile (and which is visible publicly), we will remind you that the social networks have settings which give you the option to check and/or restrict access to your data. BELL & ROSS recruitment

BELL & ROSS will collect your personal data specifically via the "recruitment space" on the Website so that it can assess and respond to your application.

You expressly recognize and accept that BELL & ROSS and its subsidiaries located within the European Economic Area are the recipients of your personal data and that this data may be transmitted, depending on the positions to be filled, to recruitment agencies.

BELL & ROSS Online Boutique

BELL & ROSS may also gather your personal data when you make a purchase from the BELL & ROSS Online Boutique, to enable you to place an order online.

Click to chat direct contact

The Online Boutique offers a service known as "click to chat" (a request for contact with the customer service department of the BELL & ROSS Online Boutique) thanks to a behavioral analysis system that uses cookies and JavaScript, which are files placed on your computer and executed by it to help BELL & ROSS to analyze your use of the Website in real time, and to provide you with a help service for browsing the Online Boutique on the Website (hereinafter "Click to chat").

The data generated by the cookies relating to your use of the Website (including your IP address) will be transmitted to servers where they will be stored by one of BELL & ROSS's service providers located within the European Union. Purchase Data

If you purchase a Bell & Ross product, we will collect data through the purchase form to process the order, such as the transaction date, customer ID, return (yes/no), transaction ID, total quantity, shipping amount, total amount in local currency, total amount in international currency, product ID, quantity, price, taxes, net sales amount, net sales amount in international currency, and keep your purchase history.

Marketing Data (information collected when you subscribe to the newsletter or other marketing communications)

If you subscribe to our newsletter or other marketing communications or give us permission to use your data for online advertising purposes to receive information about collections, products, campaigns, fairs, and other events, we will collect marketing data through the subscription form, such as consent to receive communications.

3. DATA CONSERVATION

BELL & ROSS may retain your personal data as long as necessary to provide the requested services, or to comply with our legal obligations.

Your Data will be further retained if required by applicable local law or to the extent we have a legitimate and lawful purpose to do so. Please note that the storage period provided by legislation may vary by jurisdiction.

4. DATA SHARING AND DISCLOSURE

BELL & ROSS and the companies operating the BELL & ROSS brand are the sole recipients of the data collected. BELL & ROSS offers you the option to subscribe to different newsletters depending on the product category you have selected. In exceptional cases, BELL & ROSS may nevertheless send you communications regarding BELL & ROSS events or products in a category other than the one you have selected.

BELL & ROSS only shares your personal data with a third party when:

5. DATA TRANSMITTED BY THE INTERNET USER WITHOUT SOLICITATION FROM BELL & ROSS

BELL & ROSS's computer systems are protected by state-of-the-art physical and software protection. Unsubscribe from the newsletter
