Watchmaking know-how and pastry-making skills
To celebrate the arrival of the BR 01 Cyber Skull Bronze, prominent pastry chef, friend of the House and great fan of Cyber Skull models, Julien Dugourd, has undertaken an exercise in virtuosity by designing a pastry version of the Bell & Ross watch.
While the design of the BR 01 Cyber Skull is highly sophisticated, combining high-tech materials and avant-garde design, the creation of the cake created by Julien Dugourd is no less complex, with a multi-layer construction, like a sandwich-style watch case. "This cake is a faithful reproduction of the timepiece, in pastry format, which will be found in the window of my new boutique in Nice," the pastry chef says.
