BR-05 GMT Green Steel
Designed with travellers in mind, the BR-05 GMT Green Steel combines the radiance of a green sunray dial with a fluid, intuitive second time zone display via a fourth hand.
Technical Specifications
Movement : Calibre BR-CAL.325-1. Automatic Mechanical Movement. 54-hour power reserve.
Functions : Hours, minutes, central seconds, date and second 24-hour time zone. Quick setting of the GMT hand, independently of the hour hand.
Case : 41 mm wide. 11 mm thick. Satin-finished and polished steel. Satin-finished rhodium-plated and green two-tone flange, with 24-hour scale. Screw-down crown. Crown guard. Sapphire case-back with 360° oscillating weight.
Dial : Green sunray. “Baignoire-style” polished, rhodium-plated applique indices and numerals filled with white Super-LumiNova® X1 (green glow). Skeletonised polished, rhodium-plated hour and minute hands and 24-hour hand, filled with white Super-LumiNova® X1 (green glow).
Crystal : Sapphire with anti-reflective coating.
Water resistance : 100 metres.
Strap : Green rubber or satin-finished and polished steel.
Buckle : Folding. Satin-finished and polished steel.

The BR-05 GMT features a sage green dial with silvery highlights. This hue is achieved via a three-step process: a sunburst metallic base, a green-tinted lacquer, and a final layer of glossy clear lacquer. The dial thus reveals a beautiful depth, with shimmering reflections that shift with the changing light.

The GMT is a highly useful complication for travellers, allowing a second time zone to be displayed. A dedicated hand completes one full rotation every 24 hours, indicating the time on a 24-hour scale on the flange. Two-toned in green and silver-grey, this flange makes it easy to distinguish between day and night in the second time zone.

Launched in 2019, the BR-05 extends the legacy of the BR-03, an icon inspired by cockpit instruments. It reinterprets the “circle within a square” principle in a contemporary, urban version featuring an integrated case and bracelet.
