Rafale Solo Display

Bell & Ross becomes a partner of the Rafale Solo Display

On the occasion of the 55th edition of the Paris Air Show (SIAE) at Le Bourget, Bell & Ross officially unveils its partnership with the Rafale Solo Display, the Rafale flight demonstration program by the French Air and Space Force. Driven by shared values of precision, excellence and performance, Bell & Ross, already a partner of the Patrouille de France, is working closely with this elite team of the French Air and Space Force. Its mission is to demonstrate, to the general public and internationally, the exceptional flight qualities of the Rafale through its perfectly choreographed aerial displays.

For aviation professionals since 1994

In the Rafale cockpit, a Bell & Ross watch is immediately in its natural element. It's not just a question of design, even if Bell & Ross's aesthetic codes are in symbiosis with those of the flight instruments on the dashboard. It's above all a philosophy and a requirement. Since its creation in 1994, Bell & Ross has always considered that every second must be measured and transcribed with the same precision as that demonstrated by Rafale pilots during their aerial performances. Closely associated with the world of aviation since its origins, chosen by many professional civilian and military pilots, Bell & Ross has concretized its commitment in this field through numerous significant partnerships, notably with elite units and air forces. One of the most emblematic is naturally the one established since 2021 with the Patrouille de France.

The virtuoso ambassador of French aerial talent

The Rafale is arguably the best aircraft in the world. Its technological advances and flight agility make it the flagship of its manufacturer, Dassault Aviation, an ambassador of excellence in the French aeronautical industry, and one of the major assets of national defense. To demonstrate its exceptional flight qualities to everyone, the French Air and Space Force performed a breathtaking aerial demonstration. The Rafale Solo Display has since become a special demonstration team, one of the "ambassadors" of the French Air and Space Force. With this spectacular 9-minute flight display at less than 5,000 feet, perfectly tuned and able to adapt to weather conditions to captivate the public, the pilot demonstrates in action the precision, agility, and speed of the Rafale at air shows and air shows around the world. The aircraft is as much a symbol of excellence as the pilot. After several thousand hours of flight, the pilot must pass tough selections before being chosen as presenter of the Rafale Solo Display.

フランス航空技術の華麗なるアンバサダー

The BR-03 Rafale Solo Display chronograph has been designed for high-performance use in extreme conditions. Its robust case is made of high-tech black ceramic, resistant to scratches. The precise chronograph is powered by an automatic movement, the BR-CAL.301 caliber, with a 42-hour power reserve. The legible dial, featuring graphic references to the world of fighter jets—such as the yellow dotted line around the date window—highlights the precision-related indications, notably thanks to the two orange hands for the chronograph function. Its indexes and counters are legible in the dark thanks to their photoluminescent treatment. Finally, the Rafale Solo Display logo is affixed to the bottom of the dial, as a guarantee of quality for a chronograph used and approved by an elite fighter pilot.
